Role Description:

• The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for explain in detail our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers over the phone and provide information about our services
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Freshers with a passion for connecting with people and learning are welcome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
