Experience: 3 months -5 years of experience
Responsibilities:
• As a part of the Customer Support team, you understand that it is your responsibility to drive customer satisfaction.
• You will work very closely with your team members in customer support team, management and most importantly our customers.
• To handle and resolve customer queries is your primary responsibility at the same time you will adhere to the quality standards for customer service.
• Graduation from a relevant field is a must.
• Excellent communication in verbal (Hindi, English and Telugu)
• Communicate with customers via phone, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
