Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
• Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner, including processing returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to help improve products and services.
