Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage all clients interactions as rostered within parameters
• Respond to all clients in appropriate tone and language.
• Offer a solution-based approach for all client interactions
• Educate the client at every given possible opportunity
• Ensure updating of product, system, process and policy knowledge
• Capture client details and data relevant to the call or service
• Resolve client queries within agreed timelines
• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals
• Need to stay informed about the latest trends, algorithms and technologies to adapt their strategies and tactics accordingly
• Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client's requirements

Requirements

• Any graduation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to forge profound working relationships
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Jadwal:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
