TOT Certification required (From NSDC)
Any Graduate
• 2-3 years' experience as a Customer Service Trainer or similar role in customer service
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs and applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
