Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students, professors, and parents
Provide information about courses, programs, and admissions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrollments
Maintain call records and update CRM software
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
Work closely with the sales and marketing team for campaign success
Address customer queries and provide excellent support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
