We are looking for a dynamic

Customer Care Executive

to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests related to automobile products. Provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, services, and offers. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and service updates. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

12th pass

qualification.

Fluency in Hindi & English

is mandatory. Prior experience in

customer service, telecalling, or the automobile industry

is preferred but not required. A customer-focused and positive attitude. Freshers can apply.
