Job Title: INFORMATION RETRIEVAL OFFICER - IRO- Inbound Voice Process
Qualification: 12th pass or Any degree (with or without arrears)
(For Both FT & PT )
Roles:
• Assisting the callers
• Provide Information to the callers
• Provide data related to Products/Services/Locations/Contact Details
• No Sales Targets
Criteria:
• Call Etiquettes
• Basic typing skills
• Good listing skills
• Knowledge about products & services with spelling
• Exceptional language fluency (English & Regional)
• Passion towards speaking & assisting callers.
Salary Details:
FT - (17,000 per month)
PT (11000 Per Month )
Exp ( 20000 CTC Per Month )
Walk-in Timing: 10 am - 03 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,117.50 per month
