Salary : Negotiable with Language Bonus + Incentives + shift allowance

Language : Good English verbal communication With multiple languages Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali & Oriya.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to convince & assist customers in all their queries.
• Should be comfortable traveling to Guindy Industrial Estate.
• Mandatory Skills: Excellent Verbal communication in English.

Education: •Any Graduation without backlogs•

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right product as per their eligibility.
• Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power.
• Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
• Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway.
• Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.
