Job Description

Work Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai.

Salary: 2.2 L to 3.2 L

Languages: Tamil & English (Mandatory) , other languages are added advantages.

• Freshers are welcome with Good communication in English.
• Looking quick learner with creative technique.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Reporting to Manager and providing support to team
• Having experience in Admin/recruitment as an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
