We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by conducting market research, identifying potential leads, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations. You will be responsible for gathering market intelligence, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive analysis. - Gather data on market size, demographics, customer preferences, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. - Analyze market data and prepare reports to provide insights into market opportunities and challenges. 2. Lead Identification - Use various sources such as online databases, social media platforms, and networking events to identify and qualify leads. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and tactics to expand the customer base. - Maintain a database of leads and prospects, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. 3. Sales Support - Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients. - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients, both existing and prospective, to facilitate sales discussions. - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records. 4. Communication and Collaboration -Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with company objectives. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales support, market research, or lead generation roles. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements - Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and techniques. - Experience with market research tools and techniques. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
