Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

This is an onsite, night shift role, ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who excel in communication and are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential international customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues.
• Update and maintain customer records with accurate account information.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales/target goals .
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
• High school diploma (HSC) or a graduate degree.
• Self-commute to the office (on-site job).

Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and commute independently.
