We are seeking dynamic and skilled Customer Care Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role with excellent communication skills in Telgu and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer support via live phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Troubleshoot customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Document customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured in the system.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including chat response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
0 to 4 years of calling experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Telgu & English.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing excellent service
