Location: Indore
Salary Range: ?25,000 to ?35,000 per month

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
