Post - Customer Care Executive
Job Location - Serampore, Hooghly (near Serampore railway station)
Age - 20 to 30 years
Education - Graduation (HS passed can apply) with basic computer knowledge.
Duty hours - 10:30 am - 07:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary - 8K to 12K
Skills - Smart, well & polite behavior. Excellent communication skills. Rapport building. Active listening. Objection handling. Must be fluent in speaking Bengali, Hindi and English languages.

Receive phone calls of clients
Solve their query
Assist them very well through phone call
Data entry with accuracy
Report daily to the supervisor
Other administrative duties as assigned
Both experienced and fresher can apply.
