Qualification- Graduate
Location -Siliguri
Sal - 10k to 15k. (Based on experience and skill)

Language Known- Nepali, English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge.
Fresher/Experience both can apply.
:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
2. Provide detailed information about the clinic's audiology services, including hearing tests, hearing aids, and follow-up care
3. Respond to patient inquiries and address their concerns or questions effectively.
4. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations.
5. Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and upcoming appointments.
6. Update and maintain patient records in the clinic's database with accuracy.
7. Keep track of call logs, patient feedback, and queries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
