Designation - Customer Service Executive
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, chat) promptly and professionally.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and interactions into the customer service database.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Interact with Stations Heads/Department Heads to resolve customer Complains.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive image of the company and its products/services during customer interactions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
