• Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide detailed information about product features, fabric, and care instructions.
• Sales & Targets
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Promote ongoing offers and loyalty programs.
• Visual Merchandising
• Ensure the store displays align with brand guidelines.
• Replenish stock and maintain a visually appealing shopping environment.
• Store Operations
• Handle billing, payment processing, and maintain accurate cash registers.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Team Collaboration
• Work cohesively with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
