Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 in-hand + Performance Bonuses

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (5-day workweek)

Role Overview

We are hiring

Process Associates (International Customer Service Representatives)

to connect with clients in the

UK & AU

via outbound calls. We provide

specialized UK accent training

to enhance communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential clients in

UK & AU

to introduce services and explore business opportunities. Identify and qualify leads, updating records in the

CRM system

. Build and maintain client relationships, moving leads through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with

sales & marketing

teams on lead generation strategies. Stay updated on

industry trends

for better client engagement.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills

(UK accent training provided).

Freshers welcome

; experience in a similar role is a plus.

Graduates or students

pursuing their degrees can apply.

Typing Speed:

Minimum

30 WPM

preferred. Candidates from

Mansarovar or nearby areas

preferred.
