Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 6 months of International BPO/International Business Voice experience is mandatory.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Need immediate Joiners.
4. Communicating with customers through various channels.
5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
6.Provide Assignment updates to Clients on Weekly Basis
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
9. Listening to and understanding the customers requirements.
10. Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered to the client
11. Handling irate / demanding customers where necessary, in a tactical manner.
