Qualification: Graduation in any relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.

Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior management.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools

• Fluency in English (written and spoken.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?23,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
