Key Responsibilities:

? Provide outstanding customer service to international customers via telephone as a telecaller customer support representative.

? Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to cater to our global client base.
? Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

? Any Graduation (Preferred)

Experience:

? Total work: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome)
? Customer service: 0-1 year (Preferred)
