Job Overview :We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech degree and a passion for providing excellent service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
• Key Responsibilities :Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about our products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
• Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for sustainability and renewable energy is a plus.
