- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Meet call handling and resolution targets

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in multiple languages (specify languages)
- Previous call center experience (optional)

- 6 pm to 3 am
