Job Profile: Customer Care Executive
Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)
Salary: ?27,000 to ?32,000 CTC (Annual Income) - Based on interview, experience, and qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Escalate customer queries via call, phone, chat, and mail.
- Resolve issues for international customers.
- Provide the best resolution to customer queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction with effective resolutions.
Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 6 months required
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) - Most Important
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment (Night, Noon, Day) - 9-hour shifts as per business requirements
- Working Days: 6 days a week
