Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to understand clients' housing requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating the housing market, including rental agreements, leases, and tenant rights.
• Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and housing agencies to identify available housing options.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and market trends.
• Assist clients in completing housing applications, negotiating leases, and understanding rental agreements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their housing needs are met and address any issues that may arise.
• Provide information and referrals to additional support services as needed, such as financial assistance programs or legal aid.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?18,111.56 - ?22,751.72 per month
