Pay: ?16000.00 - ?18000.00 K CTC / per month.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, following up to ensure resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services.
