The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver and fast learner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/08/2024
