Role Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport, actively listening to their concerns, and exceeding their expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets and metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
