JOB DESCRIPTION
• Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
• Collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for coordinating with multiple departments in order to find a solution for the customer's issue.
• Develop customer relationships.
• Understanding customer concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Identifying customer demands and requirements.
• Creating sales plans to generate revenue.
• Maintain a good relationship with the customers & follow up with new customers to collect feedback from them.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer relationship & Customer Handling
• Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
