LJ Eye Institute is a leading name in eye care, committed to providing exceptional patient services with compassion and professionalism. We are expanding our Call Centre team and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us.

Position Overview:


We are hiring

Customer Care Executives

who are polite, mature, and can communicate effectively in

Hindi and Punjabi

(listening and speaking skills required). Your role will be to handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and provide excellent service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Attend inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist patients with appointment bookings, queries, and basic information. Maintain patient interaction records accurately. Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication.

Requirements:



Good listening and speaking skills in

Hindi and Punjabi

. Polite, patient, and mature attitude. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in customer service or healthcare will be an advantage (not mandatory).

Work Schedule:



Day Shift Fixed working hours
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
