Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Find Your Kicks India in Ludhiana. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Customer Support and Technical Support skills
• Strong Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of the sneaker industry or e-commerce customer support is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
