We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their concerns, and delivering prompt, efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Make outgoing calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data.
• Collect feedback from customers about products, services, and overall experience.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and issues and timely dispatching of customer orders.
• Provide support and information to customers on new lauchned products.
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: Graduation (Any stream).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in customer service, CRM, or client handling
