Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product or service information.
• Outbound Calls: Follow up with customers, share promotions, collect feedback, or assist with service-related matters.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English (verbal and written)
• Prior customer support or call center experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer proficiency
