We are seeking a dedicated and motivated female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
