• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support system.
• Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to the management team to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to established customer support processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction with the company.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve issues and improve customer service processes.
