Customer Care Executive / Patient Counselor

Qualifying Criteria :
• Should have prior experience in BPO's or KPO's
• High level of proficiency in MS excel, and MS Word
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati.
Who Do We Look For?
• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
• Manage inbound and/or outbound calls- respond to escalation
• Handle customer engagement
• Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problem

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
