Designation: Customer Adviser
Process: Domestic Voice Process
Location: Bhubaneswar
Shift Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shift
Female Window Shift Timing: 7 AM - 9 PM
Working Hours: 9 Hours
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Cab: Not Applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a BPO environment (on-paper documents required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or local languages.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
