Executive Operation Voice Process
1) Support & provide customer service via calls;
2) Handling customer queries;
3) Complete responsibility of managing and maintaining the Clients;
4) Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned;
5) Should be able to answer servicing questions;
6) Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them;
7) Be polite in calls and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.
Shift Timings : ?
Morning shift 6am to 2.30pm?
Afternoon 1pm to 9.30pm?
Night 10pm to 6.30am?
We are seeking candidates who are comfortable in all or atleast 2 shifts (which will be pre-defined). Extra allowances for those in rotational shifts shall be given.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
