Job Title: Customer Care Representative Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer\'s inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary. - Resolving problems by clarifying issues and by escalating unsolved problems. - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the customer care experience.
