Position: Customer Care Executive
Job type : Full-time, Permanent
Location: Pithampur (30 km from Indore)
CTC: Depends upon interview, upto 35k per month
Timings: 09 30 am to 5 30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferably in B2B role

Key responsibilities:
• Client Interaction and Issue Resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Draft, format, and manage email communication with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Order Processing and Fulfillment
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and provide clients with updates as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to process orders for timely delivery, resolve issues and escalate if required
• Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and enhance client experiences.
• Utilize MS Office applications to create, manage, and update customer-related documents and reports.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Added responsibilities as per performance.
Qualifications:
• Good english communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and tact.
• Previous experience in a customer care or customer service role is preferred.
