Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services..
2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
3. Provide detailed information about products/services and answer any questions customers may have.
4. Generate, Follow-up, Report, and Convert Leads.
5. Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services by demonstrating how they meet their needs.
6. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
8. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 6 months experience of telecalling.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Experience in Tele sales will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
