Provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to customers. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. Assist with customer feedback collection and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., CRM tools, ticketing systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
