Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to focus on lead generation through cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them through effective communication, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct cold calls to the target audiance and introduce them to the company's fintech products/services.

? Understand client needs and provide product information tailored to their financial requirements.

? Generate qualified leads for the sales team by identifying prospects who show interest in financial solutions.

? Maintain an updated database of prospects with detailed call notes and outcomes.

? Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past and nurture them towards becoming leads.

? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

? Handle objections professionally and address any queries or concerns raised.

? Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

? Provide regular reports on call activity and lead generation progress to the management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

? Proven experience in cold calling, particularly for international clients.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse global audiences.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
