Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

• Process customer orders and requests.

• Maintain accurate customer records.

• Contribute to a positive and professional customer experience.
