Location: MOHALI, CHANDIGARH:As a Customer Service Representative , you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our clients. You will be the front line support for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to think quickly to provide effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by our clients to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and adapting to changes in procedures or client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
