We are hiring for

Customer Care Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product and service information to customers. Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.

Pay: ?10,427.93 - ?28,785.38 per month
