We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will proactively address customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor our PRIC platform to identify and resolve any customer-facing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Connect with customers via calls, emails, or chat to resolve queries promptly.
• Gather feedback and provide updates on their concerns or issues.
• Issue Resolution:
• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues with the PRIC platform.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the technical or relevant departments for quick resolution.
• Platform Monitoring:
• Regularly monitor the PRIC platform for customer activity and potential problems.
• Ensure seamless operation and report any anomalies affecting the customer experience.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and personalized communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction and common issues for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in a customer service or CRM role (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software (preferred).
• Basic understanding of technology platforms and operations.
