Job description:- SENIOR EXECUTIVE & EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE
The candidate should be a graduate with at least 2-3 years experience in the Logistics Industry. Should be good customer service and English communication skills
Daily shipment report update with the customer daily. Customer coordination from booking confirmation till delivery of the shipment. Individual handling of shipments required. Exposure to ocean and air freight pricing is required. Coordinating and managing contacts with other Nvocc, shipping lines, etc. Contacts in the Mumbai market in the freight sector are an added advantage.
