Job description
• Handling their respective orders, order dispatch, order status, tracking order status, delivery status, return and also replacement.
• Handling all emails and calls regarding to customer escalations and issues.
• Handling service requests for clients.
• Handling customer queries with regards to the brands and their products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Technical support: 2 years (Preferred)
